If you want me to cry - Poem

If you want me to cry, I’ll lay down my pride,

Let emotions flow freely, no secrets to hide.

Tales of heartache and pain, I’ll let them unfurl,

Like rain on a window, in a vulnerable swirl.

“If you want me to cry, I’ll release all the pain,

Open my heart’s door, let it pour like the rain.

In each teardrop that falls, a story unfolds,

Of moments once cherished, now memories cold.

If you want me to cry, I’ll show you my soul,

The cracks and the scars that never grew old.

Through tear-stained confessions, a healing might start,

A journey to mend the pieces torn apart.

So… if you want me to cry, I’ll let my tears fall,

A waterfall of emotions, breaking down every wall.

In vulnerability’s embrace, we find strength anew,

And maybe, just maybe, begin to renew.
