In the quiet of the night, I softly weep,

For a love so deep, my heart's secret to keep.

I miss your smile, your wisdom, and your grace,

Dad, I long to see your familiar face.

Your laughter was like a gentle, soothing song,

In my memories, it lingers strong.

Your guidance and your unwavering care,

I miss the moments that we used to share.

Though you've journeyed to a distant shore,

I feel your presence forevermore.

In the starry sky, you shine so bright,

A beacon in my darkest night.

Your legacy of love will never fade,

In my heart, it's forever engraved.

I miss you, Dad, with every passing day,

But in my heart, you'll always stay.

I couldn't say goodbye, I lost the time.

My heart stayed in that day,

When I woke up, I cried. 

Please come back, at least to say goodbye.
